The suit looks nice on and I didn’t mind wearing it for a few hours, but I was expecting it to feel a little more comfortable, because once I started moving around and especially when I sat down, a few areas felt kind of tight and the fabric, while decent, wasn’t really that soft or easy-feeling, so overall it’s fine for shorter occasions but not something I’d be excited to wear all day.

Ordered from supersuits.co and the suit itself arrived fine. Nice. But the packaging was average. The box had a small dent, and the wrapping inside looked kind of rushed. Meh. Nothing was actually damaged, so it wasn’t a huge deal, but I did expect it to be packed a little more carefully.

I did get my refund in the end, but I had to follow up with them twice before it actually happened. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just slower than I expected. Maybe that’s normal, but I feel like it should’ve been a bit smoother?

I tried to place an order, but the site kept freezing on me and the checkout kept kicking me back to previous steps. I can usually work around small glitches, but this made the whole process way more of a hassle than it needed to be.

I haven’t used it long enough to say for sure, but so far it seems like a decent buy for the money. No major complaints yet.

I’m giving 1 star because trying to return this has been such a hassle. I expected it to be a quick, simple thing, but instead I’ve had to keep chasing for clear answers and it’s taken way too long. It threw off my plans because I was counting on getting this sorted quickly and moving on, not spending days dealing with back-and-forth messages. Returning something really shouldn’t be this difficult. I’m still waiting for it to be fully resolved, so I’m unhappy with the whole experience.

The stitching looks neat overall, and I’m assuming it’ll hold up well based on how tidy it looks. There were a few tiny loose threads, but nothing that seemed like a big deal

I had a good experience with supersuits.co. The communication was straightforward, and when I asked a couple of questions, the replies were clear without a bunch of extra wording that made things confusing. I also appreciated the little updates along the way, even just knowing what step things were at made it feel less like I was waiting in the dark.

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that one reply took a bit longer than I thought it would, but it wasn’t a major problem. Overall, they were easy to deal with, the back and forth stayed simple, and I didn’t have to keep chasing them for every small detail.

Meh. It’s not bad overall, but the color looked different in person than I expected. Kinda disappointing.

I was disappointed with this. The stitching started ripping after just one week of normal use, so it definitely doesn’t feel worth the money. I also tried to get some help, but it was all automated stuff and I couldn’t actually get in touch with a real person, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.

I ordered a supersuit because I needed it for an event I’d been planning for a while, and the whole shipping experience was frustrating. I kept checking the tracking, usually while making coffee in the morning, and it barely updated at all. When I reached out to support, they basically just told me to wait, which didn’t really help. The suit finally showed up after the event had already happened, so at that point it was useless for what I needed. Just really annoying overall.

I ordered from Supersuits thinking I’d be able to really personalize the suit, but the choices felt limited. A lot of the colors and little details I was hoping to change either weren’t there or seemed locked, so it didn’t really feel like a custom order.

I reached out to ask about changing a few parts, but the response I got was kind of vague and didn’t really clear things up. For the price, I expected way more control over the design. Has anyone else run into the same issue with them?

Tried to check out like a normal person and the site couldn’t even handle my card. Pathetic for something that’s supposed to be simple.

So... I was actually happy with this suit. It feels soft and comfortable, and the material was nicer than I expected. It is a little thinner in a few spots, but overall I still like it and feel good about the purchase

I had a little issue with my order and I was expecting it to turn into a whole thing, but it didn’t. I reached out, explained what was going on, and they fixed it quickly. Super easy, no back-and-forth headache, just handled it and I could move on

I sent in my exact measurements, but the suit showed up way too tight pretty much everywhere. I was hoping they’d double-check or offer a better fix, especially since custom sizing feels like something you really don’t want to gamble on. Support told me the measurements were fine, but it still didn’t fit right, so I’m disappointed.

The design wasn’t exactly the same as expected, but it was still close overall. Anyway... it worked well enough for what I needed.

I ordered a suit from supersuits.co everything I chose actually showed up how I expected — the size, the color, even the little details were all right.

Shipping was fine, not crazy fast or anything, but it also wasn’t late, so I can’t really complain. The package arrived in good shape too, which was nice because sometimes that can be a whole thing.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the order itself was accurate and I’m happy with that, I just wish the updates were a little clearer along the way — like, I wasn’t worried, but I did check more than I wanted to.

I ordered from supersuits.co and, for some reason, the delivery date just kept getting pushed back. I didn’t really get any updates unless I reached out first. I’m still waiting on it, and at this point I don’t trust their shipping process at all.
